Our Shipping Guarantee
100% Free Shipping on All Orders
Mew Modern ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. Due to carrier volume and size restrictions on furniture, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or US territories.
Delivery Timelines
Because our collection is custom-built and printed to order rather than pulled from a dusty warehouse, your delivery involves two distinct phases. On average, you can expect your complete order to arrive within 8 to 15 business days of purchase.
Phase 1: Custom Production
5 to 8 Business Days
This is where the magic happens. Our US manufacturing partners print your chosen design, construct your solid frame, conduct quality checks, and carefully pack your bespoke piece.
Phase 2: Ground Transit
3 to 7 Business Days
Once your furniture passes rigorous quality checks, we dispatch it via reliable ground services—primarily FedEx and UPS Ground—straight to your door with tracking.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Because our custom production pipeline is highly automated to route orders directly to manufacturing, all sales are final. We are unable to accept address changes or shipping modifications once your purchase has been completed.
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Mew Modern is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or for packages stolen after verified delivery by the carrier.
