At Mew Modern, every piece is made with intention — and made just for you.

Because our products are printed and crafted on demand at the moment of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, sizing, or change of mind. Each item is unique, made-to-order, and cannot be restocked or resold.

We do, however, stand fully behind the quality of our work.

✦ Eligible for Store Credit or Free Replacement

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Items with a printing error or manufacturing defect
• Orders lost in transit (after carrier investigation)

To submit a claim, email us at info@mewmodern.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right — promptly and without fuss.

Please note: All approved resolutions are issued as store credit only. No cash or card refunds will be issued under any circumstances. No exceptions.

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect size selected at checkout
• Slight color variations due to screen calibration differences
• Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided
