The Mew Modern Bespoke Guarantee
Every item we offer is custom-printed and constructed-to-order in the USA. Because we do not warehouse pre-made stock, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors. We kindly ask that you measure your space carefully before ordering.
Damages & Defects
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or features a printing error, we will immediately arrange a 100% free replacement or a full refund.
To file a damage or defect claim:
- Notify us at info@mewmodern.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
- Please include your Order Number in the subject line.
- Attach high-quality, clear photos of the damaged or defective product AND the cardboard shipping box it arrived in (this is required to file carrier insurance claims).
Note: Please do not attempt to ship large furniture items back to our mailing address without contacting us first. We will handle all logistics and shipping details for replacement units.
Cancellations & Modifications
Because our custom production pipeline is highly automated to route orders directly to manufacturing, all sales are final. We are unable to accept order cancellations, address changes, or design modifications once your purchase has been completed. Please review your order details thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.
